To implement the new law passed in 2009 by the Washington Legislature. House Bill 2150 (ESHB 2105/Chapter 258, Laws of 2009) that requires State agencies to implement evidence-based check-lists for certain high-cost, high-use imaging and web-based UR. To support L&I’s mission to purchase proper and necessary care for injured workers.
