Why is the delivery option showing as £19.99 Remote Area?
A. If the delivery address is classified as an extended or remote area. Courier companies have a list of postcodes they classify as extended areas. This is to do with the distance the nearest airport depot is to the address. Remote areas take longer to reach (generally 48 hours, although some Highland areas or Islands can take 36 hours) and so couriers charge extra for these. Q. Who do I contact if there is a delivery problem A. When your gift basket is dispatched we email you a tracking number, to allow you to track the delivery online. If you notice a delivery problem, then please reply to your order confirmation email, with a brief outline of the problem.
