Why is the cover screw packed separately?
The new placement head grips the tapered connection, the cover screw is therefore no longer premounted in the implant but is now packed separately in the inner blister. Because the cover screw is mounted separately it has been changed. It now has an additional 1 mm hexagon under the internal thread. The 1 mm screwdriver is required for placement. The cover screw is removed with the current unscrew instrument. The membrane screws fit in the new cover screw.
