Why is the configuration section of the various visualization programs named O?

Initially, only program O was implemented in APRV. Later, also COOT, MOLOC and PYMOL were added to the program. However, the name O was hard coded in too many files and therefore retained. But at least all visualization programs contain an O in their names.
