Why is the concept of New Moon being a Sabbath not directly referenced in more places in the Bible as the Holy Days and Sabbath are?
There are many examples in the Bible of significant events taking place on a New Moon. Lets look at some of these events. After the flood, the waters were first seen to be abating on the First Day of the Tenth Month.
