Why is the competition not supporting Cash for Kids anymore?
C4K means a lot to us but unfortunately we had not considered the legalities or the impact of the competition on C4K when we announced our intention to make the donation to the charity. After making checks on their Gambling Commission licence, they have now confirmed they are not in a position to accept the donation due to the complex method of raising these funds. We are however still intending to make a donation to the charity, it will however be a much lower amount (due to the rules and regulation that govern charities as mentioned above).
