It’s called “falseadvertising”. Chicken fried steak is beef. I would ask Bigby’s whythey advertise chicken fried steak and serve chicken. The reason it’s called chicken fried steak is that a piece of beef steak is dredged in seasoned flour and egg wash, then deep-fried as you would a fried chicken. Bigby’s should know better. This could become a court case if in the U.S.
