Why is the chat window not loading?
The Chat Service is a third party FLASH based application. You will need the Flash plug-in installed to be able to use the Chat Window. You can download the Flash plug-in from here, although current Windows operating systems and Browsers have this already installed. You must be a registered Member and logged in and status must be Active to access the Chat service. The chat window is optimised for use with a broadband connection. The chat window alone will take a couple minutes to load if you are using Dial-up connection. From time to time their may be delivery outages or overloads on the Chat Application.
