FAQ No.: 7 Date: 20/06/2002 Category: Case Review Report, Case Notes. ANSWER: Because there is too much information to fit on the report layout, if you select the option ‘Show Notes’, then you would need to Group some report fields so that they appear as sub-headings instead of as columns. Suggestion: Select Group on Team and Reason in the Sort and Group section in the report options. This will remove some of the report fields from the columns.
