Why is the Billing cycle different than the account anniversary date?
Woosh bills all its customers at the same point in time. The billing cycle runs from the first day of the month to the end of that month. That is the reason Woosh pro-rates the plan charge for the first month. Your account anniversary date is based on the date service was activated for you. The account anniversary date is used solely for monitoring data usage.
