Why is the Bambu line “not treated”?

In order to be consistent with our eco-friendly Green Bambu series of brushes, we opted to not treat this line of brushes with the antibacterial agent we use for the Studio, Travel & Maestro Series. The Green Bambu line does not have antibacterial protection. Synthetic bristles are less likely to accrue bacteria on them due to the simple fact that they are synthetic and it is difficult for bacteria to grow on them.
