Why is the Apply button in the Video Backgrounds dialog disabled in PowerPoint 2000?
Earlier versions of PowerPoint, such as PowerPoint 2000, cannot apply a template, video or backdrop to a selected individual slide. Instead, you must apply the video background to all the slides in your presentation (“Apply to All”). So the Apply button will always be in a disabled state when using Video Backgrounds in PowerPoint 2000.
