Why is the appletviewer not refreshed during a debugging session?

0

On Windows 95 or Windows NT, when the appletviewer is stopped at a breakpoint, it is incapable of repainting itself. If a window is moved over the appletviewer and the moved away, the appletview is sent a repaint event. Since the appletview is stopped it cannot respond to the event so it can’t repaint the damaged region.
