Since we generally book clients with an outfitter far in advance we must assure that outfitter that the client is coming. Many arrangements are made for you when you book and quite simply these arrangements cost money. Furthermore, once you have been booked, we cannot give that space to anyone else which means that if you cancel we may not be able to fill that space in time.
