Mainly because the band is committed to your event and will be turning down other requests to perform on the same day. Also, because the band has reserved that day for you and made all the necessary preparations, it is not possible to refund the deposit when outside events are cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. However, we will be happy to work with you to reschedule the band for a later date.
