Why is that when you download a sim on the exchange their hair and clothes are different?!?
The hair and clothes could possibly be Custom Content which you don’t have, so your game will replace it with default content from your game. Another problem is that you could of mistakenly downloaded Custom Content for Sims 2, which might not be compatible with Sims 3 Here is a guide to downloading and placing custom content in the right folders: http://www.modthesims.info/wiki.php?titl… If that guide isn’t informative enough, try googling around for some tutorials.
