TESA is open source because it allows everyone to have it for free, and are able to modify the layouts and interface to their own desires. The text files that come with TESA allow a certain amount of customization, but the actual order the strategy is output always stays the same. Besides, we at Imperium think TESA is so great that we would be selfish to keep it to ourselves.
