Just wait it out. My teenage life was pretty rubbish too, for the reasons you mentioned. You might not realise it now but when you get older (not much either, just about 19/20) you’ll have changed so much and a lot of stuff will have figured itself out on its own. You will become your own person, it just takes a little time.
