Why is taxi driving a dangerous occupation?

0

When you drive a taxi you literally have no idea who the person that gets into your cab is. For all you know, you could have a mass murderer in the back, who also happens to be a fantastic wrestler. You could have a mentally unstable person in your taxi, or somebody who wants to steal your money and is armed with a gun or knife. So, it’s a dangerous occupation because every time you allow a stranger to ride in your cab, you put yourself at a greater risk of being attacked than if you were working in a more secure environment, or somewhere with lots other people you knew weren’t generally dangerous.
