Why is support priced differently under MV-90 xi?
• Support pricing has been changed to reflect the conditions of todays marketplace. Current MV-90 support pricing is not reflective of our actual costs to support MV-90 and is not consistent with the pricing for similar products in our market. As a result, a fairly large gap has occurred between the revenue we receive for support and our actual costs to support customers. • Once all customers migrate to MV-90 xi and begin paying the new support pricing, we will continue to provide the same level of expert service you have come to depend on but can also entertain expanded support offerings. Items under consideration include 24/7 coverage, dedicated point of contact for each customer, and yearly system assessments. • One advantage that will take effect immediately for MV-90 xi customers is expanded hours of operation.
