Why is such a luxurious home so affordably priced ?
Just a few years ago, well paying jobs were relatively scarce in the high desert and many home owners found it necessary to commute to earn a decent living. So naturally this effected home prices. All of that is changing rapidly. Many new companies have discovered how affordable it is to purchase or lease land here, so many new well paying jobs are becoming available. While home pricing is beginning to level off in LA and Orange County, home pricing in the high desert is continuing to increase. A home like this with all it’s amenities and view would be worth up to double what we’re asking if it were located in LA or Orange County.
