Why is some resume information hidden from view?
There are two possible reasons why some of a candidate’s resume information is hidden from view. One reason is that you have not purchased resume searching. If you have already purchased resume viewing and are still unable to view entire resume information, you may not be accessing the correct link to view the resume. When searching for resumes, there will be a link that says View Resume for each candidate on the resume search results page. When you click on View Resume, you may still see grayed out information. In this case, there will be a box at the upper left-hand side of the page and at the bottom of the box is a link that says View Complete Resume. Once you click on this link, you will be able to view all of the candidate’s resume information.
