Why is some merchandise held on backorder so long before a credit is given?
We issue credit only after the distributor informs us that the item has been canceled. We do not want to credit your account for items that are rumored to be canceled, but which ultimately are published. If these items were credited prematurely, they would have to be re-listed, and there’s a greater chance you would miss ordering them. However, you can always request credit for any of these titles 90 days after the scheduled arrival date.
