Why is “Sign Up” marked as incomplete?
You will see an incomplete status for the sign up task if you have not yet added an aircraft and made payment for the myFLIGHTDATA service. For operator accounts, after creating your username and password, you must add an aircraft to your account and proceed to checkout. Once payment has been processed for your order the “sign up” task item will be marked as complete.
