Why is Seve Ballesteros in the news?
He’s returning to the European Tour this week after a two-year absence. Ballesteros is more than a little crazy, as he been fined, gotten in fights and complained about everything from the sidelines. Ballesteros probably has nothing left in the tank, so this is almost a non-story. 5.) Who wins in Vegas? No one ever wins in Vegas. Three hundred dollars the first day I was out there. Anyway, I’m going with Jim Furyk in back-to-back weeks. His record at this event is awesome and if he can avoid some big mistakes, he’s playing as well as anyone. RANKINGS Men 1.) Tiger Woods 2.) Jay Haas – probably warrants a higher ranking, but one win in 12 years doesn’t get me going that much.
