Why is schizophrenia call “The Bearded Lady Disease”?
I own never hear that permanent status used. The answerer that said it have something to do beside cross dressing I have a sneaking suspicion that does not deduce schizophrenia. That’s not surprising because even the medical profession does not deduce what cause it. The most severe type of “schizophrenia” is paranoid schizophrenia and it is better call Dopamine Dysfunctional Disorder, DDD, which is more scientifically descriptive of it than the sticky label “schizophrenia”. A group of British Psychiatrists hold formed “The Committee for the Abolition of the Schizophrenia Label, CASL.
