Just to be clear, I’m not an Amazon employee and neither is anyone else answering these questions. You might want to contact customer service for a definitive answer. But my guess would be that Fox or TNT are holding on to the rights to this episode for the moment for some reason, like perhaps they plan to rebroadcast it during this upcoming season and don’t want it easily available yet. I’ve seen this kind of thing happen before in the days of syndication packages, so it’s reasonable to expect similar things to happen now with video downloads. It’s annoying, yes. The other possibility is that there’s a music rights issue with the episode. It’s possible the producers cleared the music for broadcast and maybe even for a DVD release but not for video downloads. If that’s the case, then it’s being held back for legal/money reasons. Whatever the case, I don’t see any official word on why that episode has been skipped, but the above are my best guesses.
