Policy of the museum due to heavy demand. But, its very important that you present your ticket voucher, if not you may not be allowed to enter. If you do not have you voucher be sure to contact our office for assistance. Otherwise you may miss the tour and also the money spent for pre-paid tickets. In this situation no refund will be issued.
