Why is Sandform unavailable?
To our knowledge, since moving to a high quality hosted platform four years ago, we have had no downtime. If it does happen, our service levels with the hosting company ensure we will be operational again within 24 hours. If downtime results in the loss of more than two days All-Weather racing, we will add the same amount of lost race days to the length of all members subscriptions.
