Why is salary information not listed on job postings?
A. For unionized positions, salary information is available even if it is not found on our on-line job postings. Please contact the person listed on this posting for additional information. For non-unionized positions, salary information is not listed on our job postings. Canada Post recognizes that potential candidates may bring differing levels of skills and experience to our open postings. In order to continue to align ourselves with the latest competitive pay levels in the marketplace we ask for candidates to provide their salary expectations as part of the online process. This not only allows Canada Post to review with potential candidates salary positioning that incorporates the candidate’s expectation, but also to reflect competitive market realities and our overall Total Compensation offering.
