Why is Rain Filter “green”?
Rain Filter has been independently evaluated and was awarded the Green Buildings Reviewed Product Seal. The seal was awarded after accredited Green Buildings professionals performed a benchmark analysis that determined the product meets several criteria that are important aspects of accepted green building principles. Rain Filter helps prevent moisture related damage, foundation problems, and leaks by controlling the flow of water around and away from the home. It improves control indoor air quality by reducing mold buildup from excess water in or around the foundation. It prevents pollution from entering the storm water or ground water areas and prevents damage caused by water getting into and around the foundation of the home. Rain Filter also reduces the need for toxic pesticide treatments.
