Why is Radio Artistopia not playing?

Artistopia posted a Community announcement about Radio Artistopia at the following link: Radio Artistopia Temporary Shut Down July 16, 2007 I am sure most of you have heard that RIAA along with SoundExchange, and US Congress are in the process of passing laws (if not passed already) to enforce webcasters to pay dues, royalties, fees, and retroactive fines for music being played or that has been played on the Net since 2006. Ultimately, this impacts any online radio that plays music artists affiliated with ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC, which we are not due to because of our independent clich.
