Why is Raccoon City Stories only 10 minutes long per episode?

Unfortunately since I use YouTube as a means of showcasing my videos, I am limited to 10 minute long episodes. That is because YouTube has a 10 minute long limit on the videos you upload to there. Since I find uploading in multiple parts sort of ruins the viewing expierence for people, I choose to just upload 10 minute long episodes. *Update* YouTube now allows 15 minute long episodes.
