Why is pulling the TRAC fuse beneficial simply turn it off with the switch on the center console?
To pass the “Trac Off” button that disables part of the Trac system. It disables the throttle body Trac and TRAC funtion through the ABSSystem (on 93.5-96 only), but not the ignition system Trac delay function. Unplugging the Trac fuse eliminates both functions, and speed limiter 155 mph, which runs through the TRAC system. The fuse can be found in the main fuse box on the driver side engine compartment. It should be noted that the removal of the rocket will TRAC light to stay, but you get used.
