The bible is our owners manuel. It instructs us how to live and it also explains about God Almighty and Jesus our savior. The book of Proverbs was written by King Solomon, son of King David. Solomon became King and asked that God grant him wisdom. Some of the wisdom that he received from the Lord was written down and put into the bible. These are all good things to learn and live by. Since the Bible is God’s holy word we are to read it and learn how God would have us live. The proverbs are an excellent source or everyday wisdom for us even today.
