In addition to the babysitting service, she created Premier Nannies for the growth of its permanent/long-term nanny and household assistant placements. We are available at our Cherry Creek office Monday thru Friday; as well as being available and working remotely; we answer the phones personally whenever humanly possible! Of course, like most other businesses these days, we are available, and thrive and operate via email and voicemail. – Our RENT A MOM temporary service enables us to maintain a large pool of nannies, many of whom are seeking full and part-time long-term positions. For example, if you meet an applicant through our agency who you want to hire on a permanent basis, and the position doesn’t start for several weeks, we can keep her busy in temps until the position starts usually without the worry that she may keep looking for another position.
