Why is powdered sugar no longer labeled as 4X or 10X?
The graphics have been redesigned on the powdered sugar boxes creating a new look that no longer states the texture. This blend of powdered sugar is designed for home use and is of the same quality, which should not affect the end results. The only difference between 4X and 10X Confectioners Sugar is 4X has a larger particle size than 10X.
