Why is patron information showing on requests going to external libraries?
Your external supplier is receiving a pick sheet with the patron’s information at the top because your delivery application is using the Request.rpt report and should be using the SupplierRequest.rpt report. These are not the regular delivery applicaitons in your Deliver Requests section of the requestflow, they are the Borrowing Request delivery applications in your requestflow. Also, please note that Delivery Fax Server does not read the Wait Time, and only one can be run at a time on one machine.
