Why is pasteurization necessary and is Natures Treasure Noni pasteurized?
Un-pasteurized Juices can be a major health concern. Harmful bacteria found in un-pasteurized juices can cause serious illness and thus such products require special labeling. The active ingredients of Noni do not appear to be heat sensitive. Nature’s Treasure NONI is subject to low heat pasteurization at the time of bottling and undergoes strict laboratory testing to guarantee safety. A complete Laboratory Certificate is available upon request. Laboratory analysis done on raw juice and pasteurized juice do not show any significant differences.
