The center focus of the concern for high crime in the Orlando area comes from the Lake county area. Lake County is the home of the majority of the states major theme parks (Disney, Sea World, and Universal Studios). While the permanent living number of residents in this area is just 162,357, the actual number of people inside the county limits at any time can be well over one million people of all different nationalities and races and lifestyles. With all of the tourists and short-term visitors in the area, this place is a breeding farm for scammer and crimes. With all the people that come to Orlando to get away from it all and let their guard down to have fun, they often forget the trouble is around them in the form of ready to attack predators looking to rob and steal to make an easy cashing in.
