The sale of the OGI campus will immediately generate funds for the school’s endowment-which, in turn, will generate investment revenue that will further build the endowment-and frees the school to focus on its transition to the Schnitzer Campus. Just as important, it allows OHSU to capitalize on the appreciated value of the OGI campus in a strong real estate market within Washington County’s high-technology corridor.
