As a leading healthcare provider, North Shore-LIJ wants to provide employees with the tools they need to become healthier and live healthier lifestyles, and encourage employees to take responsibility for their health. Wellness is part of the organization’s mission to ensure a healthy workforce and community. By rewarding employees financially, we are taking steps to encourage health and wellness, and providing tools to assist employees with personal management of their health.
