Why is no development proposed on the north side of Broad Street?
Land availability has dictated that City Center development will occur first in a direction south of Broad Street. The success of City Center South will create development interest all around it — maybe, in time, on the north side of Broad Street, but certainly, and probably more immediately, on the south side.
