Why is Nitro Tech Hardcore so special?
MuscleTech claims that this product is much more than just a whey protein supplement. There’s a lot of advancement in technology surrounding this supplement. It is supposed to have 25% more protein than previous formulas, and it’s supposed to be 73% better than basic whey protein. Some of these figures are based on a University study that found the group that supplemented with Nitro Tech gained 73% more muscle than the group that just supplemented with whey protein. I think it’s tough to make these claims from one study, and it’s not clear what supplement the basic whey protein was. If I were you, I wouldn’t trust these figures. It doesn’t mean this supplement isn’t good, just don’t build unrealistic expectations. If your gym partner is using a different supplement, and you’re using this MuscleTech protein supplement, don’t expect to build 73% more muscle than him… It probably won’t happen.
