Criminal Justice Purpose: ATF and the USBDC use the ‘ORI’ to identify law enforcement and criminal justice agencies in BATS and maintain operational security of the system. If your agency does not have an ORI click here. Note: BATS is web-based. A CJIS terminal is not required for BATS usage.
