Do not leave the upload page until the upload is complete. Each file needs at least five minutes to process after uploading… time may vary. You must allow the mp3 to process… Notice on the right of the Manage Featured Songs page in the list of songs – after uploading you will still see “Processing” (or similar wording). Not only the upload must complete, but the process afterward must complete. If you leave the Manage Featured Songs page before completion, it should still process, but the mp3 will not appear in the player until the process is complete.
