Why is my user name and password invalid for connecting to ArcWeb Services?
When accessing ArcWeb Services, your ESRI Global Account user name and password are case sensitive. This is done for security reasons. Other ESRI online applications don’t require your login to be case sensitive. If you are unable to remember the case of your ESRI Global Account user name and password, go to the ArcWeb site log in page and click the “Forgot Your Password?” link. After providing some basic information, you are sent an email with your user name, in its correct case, a temporary password, and instructions for setting a new password.
