Why is my transfer credit in the Fallthrough block when my advisor said it would fulfill a degree requirement?

There are currently no degree requirements that are satisfied by courses numbered below 100. So if a course is transferred in with a course number of 000, it will go into the Fallthrough block or, depending on the program, an open electives requirement. Students may submit a syllabus to the department in charge of the course in question (for example, to have an HIST 000 course equated, a student would need to speak to the History Department) to have the transfer course equated to a WVU course.
