Why is my skin red after putting toothpaste on acne?
Toothpaste can help get rid of pimples by drying it out. Your skin turns red but it depends how you are using this toothpaste: 1.) You are using a big glob on your zit This will help dry your zit but irritates the skin around it because it is not hydrated 2.) You are putting toothpaste all over your face or on big patches This will dry out your skin completely making it red. You should only use toothpaste on the affected area(s). Next time you use toothpaste, only skim it on your zit and use a very little bit. Good luck!
