Why is my short URL account “On Watchlist/Investigation list”?

We have an ‘internal’ watchlist for accounts that are in a grey area. Generally if these do not improve within a short amount of time from being put there (LIKELY we will email you if we put your account on the watchlist) we will delete them. Things that may put your account on the watchlist is if 1) Your homepage/target URL is invalid/does not work, 2) For some reason we suspect the site of not being what it appears to be or 3) We can’t decide whether or not to approve it!
